That policy wouldn't affect just minorities. I only said gangbangers would love it and you ran with it like a dog with a stick.
No.
The cost of the weapon is the prohibiting factor. Citizens are unable to legally own machineguns manufactured after 1986. Only those legally registered under the NFA pre-86 are transferable and thus demand a considerable amount for their owners to sell them. The actual cost of the transfer from the ATF is only $200 and right now the wait is about 6 months for approval.
So yes, the average guy can't drop $20k on a pristine full auto AK47 based on his income alone - but he certainly can save up. I guess the cost analysis is what it would take to convert an AK-47 into this new technology. I can only speculate as an amateur gunsmith that it would be considerable.
Wait, so now you, too, are supporting a policy of allowing gang bangers to murder each other? Shocked, I tell you.
First to shoot has some advantage but in the heat of the fight it's not as big of an advantage has some believe, research shows this.
We shoot each other of course. Silly ABACA
I know you have the hat trick in you ABACA. Lets get the LGBT in this conversation too, i believe in you.
I don't know, maybe you could work in an analogy about getting aids from a homosexual while talking about why you don't support firearms safety technology. You're full of non sequiturs, after all.
Or you could feverishly support a safety mechanism that could simply be duct taped to the stock, rendering it useless, while continuing to spout your usually bullshit and ignoring the causes of gun violence.
Whos a good liberal??

lol, thinking you're a moron makes me a liberal? Now I know why you're so afraid of liberals; they must be everywhere!
I've already explained this very simple concept to you in this post: http://forums.sherdog.com/forums/94833283-post122.html
You also seem to be under the impression that this technology is being forced onto you by the state, despite that not being the case. Who told you to be so afraid of safety technology? Was it Rush?
The law, which requires the state
OH SHIT! A law that applies in one state that will never get enforced, and if it ever does, will quickly be ruled unconstitutional!

So how about a modern one?
AK47s are pretty cheap as is my understanding, leaving considerable change out of 20k for installation of the new tech. or perhaps even manufacture with this tech.
Honestly I am surprised how so many are against this idea.
Three states have similar laws.
Surely, you can see why this worries some of us?
I think you are being a bit unrealistic with the AK47 full auto stuff.
I am just leery of the potential. But to each their own. People can buy whatever they want - and if that technology makes them feel safer they should be able to do what they like. Just please don't try to make this shit mandatory for the rest of us, like it is actually going to have any real impact.
Simple education, familiarization, and training will mitigate a lot of the problems. I think of this RF stuff like a diet pill instead of watching what you eat and going to the gym.
Then the fight is with your state legislatures, not with safety technology that will save lives.
