i like seeing the old guard win. It's who I grew up watching

Back in my time fighters spent more time trying to win the fight than to cuddle in the ground until judges gave them a decision victory. Just sayin'

i'm a fan of both but just want the old guys and greats to be respected. i do not like it when people discredit guys like wand, shogun, fedor, belfort, etc.

i think naturally you're going to pull for the generation of fighters that got you into the sport. but also, if you're a fan of sports than you know no one is superman, and that one day some young gun will replace them. so you gotta like both

While I appreciate the old time guys I'm a fan of the newer style of fighter. The guy that trains everything instead of just having 1 trick. It's much more of a chess match now.

new school fighters come to "compete".


the answer is old school fighters, imo.

this, i can watch new or younger guys but most times there fights are not as good and go to a boreing decision. both young and old generations can put on good fights
