Model 3 = California CamryTeslas are amazing.
I drove through some flooded streets in SF last month, and my buddy took his Model Y through some pretty high waters. Can't really do that very well with an internal combustion car.i mean to be fair, many regular cars would probably as well maybe?
That seems like the way everything will go is electric when it comes vehicles I believe.

Do you want to know the name of the pig or cow you had for lunch as well?Cobalt is an issue though to allay my concerns they could just include a photo of the child slave they crushed into my battery since nobody is going to do anything to fix the problem
I am in the industry:
Pros:
1. Fast acceleration
2. Save on Gas
3. More bells and whistles with the interior tech
Cons:
1. Charging takes too long
2. Cold weather issues
3. Not enough distance on charges, or charging stations
4. Expensive batteries
5. Not environmentally friendly like people think, AT ALL.
6. Ugly designs
Today's electric cars cannot substitute today's internal combustion cars in all the scenarios.
They are not "clean", they redistribute pollution.
If we change all cars to electric, our power grid will not be able to support them yet.
So if someone told us we need to change all cars to electric in say 5 years that's lunacy.
Production of the batteries is extremely dirty, lots of pollution, open mines (destroys landscapes), needs lots of clean water which gets contaminated in the process. What do you mean when you say its not environmentally friendly? Can you elaborate, thanks.

Also you have to properly recycle old batteries or they pollute, too.
