Love deli sandwiches. Subs/hoagies. Meat and cheese on good rye bread. One thing I don't like that many sandwich places do is how disproportionate the meat-to-cheese ratio is. They might be generous with the meat but then they put one paper thin slice of cheese on it. No bueno. I like a two-to-one ratio of meat-to-cheese. So if I have a half inch thickness of meat I want a quarter inch thickness of cheese.
