I think he should give priority to his BJJ in the fight, as opposed to his usual spam jabbing and decisioning (he actually lost 73% of his decisions).

    Are they enough?

    Sure.

The fight will start standing though.

He has bad takedowns (he hits that hip toss a lot but guys usually pop right up) but great subs, if McGregor drops Nate and winds up in his guard i could see Nate tapping him.

Nate COULD sub Conu but the chances of it happening are slim to none. His takedowns arent very good and Conu has great balance and footwork and will be hard to drag to the ground.

If Conor sits in Nates guard there will be trouble ahead, but while there's music and moonlight and love and romance, let's face the music and dance...

Nate is tied for 2nd in ufc history for most sub wins. If the fight goes to the ground, he very likely could submit conor...I wonder if Nate Diaz has decent flying sub attacks, that could make things interesting.

If the fight ends up on the ground, unless Nate is seriously hurt, I think he finishes the fight there.

Not sure but Nate is definitely more proven on the ground. Standing is a much closer fight.

I think there's no way Nate would take this on the ground... that would be in his view a pussy move (I'm pretty sure of that). He always fought against good strikers stand up to prove he's better. I think this will be no different. And I hope it to be that way :D

Don't know why guys keep spamming " Nate has poor takedowns ".

We know that Nate can submit Conor and we know that he has the capability to get him to the ground.
We don't know if he will choose to employ such tactics.
His conditioning may be the reason he resorts to his ground game.

Nate has some great bjj. It's definitely enough to put Conor away. The question is if the fight ever hits the ground. It probably won't.

Nate would tear Conor a new one in straight bjj.

If this hits the mat, that's Nate's world en he may very well finish Conor. Big if though.
