Yes, we should eliminate contenders (for now). That's how the fight game should work. You fight tougher and tougher guys on your way to the top. Your toughest opponent to date should be the guy you get a TS off of.

DC has been dominating the HW division and now the LHW. Henderson is no measuring stick but the way he defeated Hendo says a lot about DC. DC is the next in line.

I too believe DC deserves the shot over Gus. Gus had his shot and lost. DC was top 3 in a bigger weightclass and has proven he can make 205.

What the hell are you talking about? Gus lost. Every major MMA website including Sherdog scored it for Jones. Jones won 3 rounds. He didn't nore doesn't HAVE to give Gus a rematch no matter how close it was. That's why Jones went on and fought someone more dangerous in Glover and beat the skin off that boy at his own game.
