I got it. Opening already public facilities to MMA is worth while, the stigma around these sports needs to change. I just wish I had understood your emphasis on this point specifically from your original post. I see it now.

Which countries are better? There are none. Also watch the rankings on Tapology and fightmatrix. USA #1, Brazil #2 and Russia #3 in all of them

You are also only looking at heavyweights which is the least talented division where anyone from any sport with any background and just 6 months of training can become a ranked contender like Greg Hardy, Brock Lesnar or Francis Ngannou. And USA is still #1 there.
