Exactly. I'm kind neutral on this resolution, but the bottom line is that it doesn't matter.

Pro:
Settlements are against the law.
Israel/jews are not friendly with westerners.

Cons:
The other side is no friends with the west.

I'm not american but if I was I'd really hate Israel. It receives tons of funding and that's how they reply?
