Betrayal=criticism of continued settlements while cutting them billion dollar checks at the same time.

Lol @ 'betrayal'.
Good, they can stop accepting our welfare if they're so offended. With friends like these, who needs enemies?
Israel betrayed Obama when Netanyahu came and spoke to our congress to undermine our nuclear deal with Iran.
Obama gave Israel 38 billion dollars, i would certainly want to be betrayed by him.
Obama's inner Muhammad is showing face, at this rate expect him to go all allah Akbar on his last few days.
This is an interesting topic that I can't really reach a conclusion on. From my limited understanding, the settlements are an overreach by Israel. Is that inaccurate?
If that's accurate then I don't see why we should pretend otherwise. If it's inaccurate then, again, why pretend otherwise.
Well if Rapture Ready condemns this move, can anyone honestly mount an argument for it?
Rapture Ready
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rapture_Readyis an EvangelicalChristian site founded by Todd Strandberg in 1987, that promotes the belief that the Rapture will occur in the near future, with true Christians being taken up to Heaven.
I just found out the whole idea of rapture where some people get sent to heaven while others stay is a pretty recent evangelical invention.hello there Possum Jenkins,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rapture_Ready
sounds like a legit news site with sober commentary.
the thing about these religious groups that predict the rapture is this; they forecast the event to occur in the near future. none of them say, "the rapture is probably coming in a thousand years or so, when you've been dead for centuries".
i get it, because what fun is the rapture if we don't all get to see it? still, i think its kind of funny.

Worse, it was mostly popularized in its current form in the 1970s by commercial churches.
Exactly. I'm kind neutral on this resolution, but the bottom line is that it doesn't matter.Who cares? As if this little declaration of condemnation is of any binding legal effect obliging Israel to do anything at all. Israel can and should just flip the UN the bird if it so feels appropriate.
