Askren needs to take Paul into the later rounds and gas him out. Paul looks good in the training videos he releases, but training isn't the same as competition. Paul is a youtuber who is doing boxing because it's what gets him views. If he was as serious about it as he says he would be working his way up through the boxing circuit, not fighting ex athletes and celebrities.
Askren has years of high level competition and training under his belt, and with that experience will be able to make the right adjustments as the fight progresses. He'll make it ugly for the first few rounds, and avoid any big shots. By that time fatigue will set in for Paul, and then it becomes a question of whether he can push through that or not.
TLDR: Paul is an unproven wanna be youtube boxer who looks good in training, Askren is a proven high level competitor with terrible striking. It's a toss up.
