Anyone seen Lorenzo lately?

How do you know if I am a real doctor or not? Your baseless assumption isn't making a strong case for your reasoning ability. What are you even implying with "You guys seriously underestimate what money can do."? Money makes your natural ability to develop muscle increase?

A doctor would say that they can't answer this type of thing, because this is not a patient of theirs, and they haven't had the chance to examine him. This is how I know. Yes, money can indirectly change your ability to develop muscle.

A person who does not have thousands of dollars per week to spend isn't going to be able to afford the best diet, get their blood tested regularly, have dedicated people who design their workout plans etc.

Just by eating a diet which is prohibitively expensive to 99% of the world, you can change your hormone levels completely, which will drastically change how your muscle develops.

He's either not natural or has some of the best genetics known to man, take your pick.

So basically it is impossible to have big arms in your 40's without Steroids, unless you have "good genetics?" Have you guys seriously never met someone in their 40's in real life? Take a walk down to a steel mill, your local police station etc and ask to speak with some of the gym rats in their 40's. When your focus in just big arms, it is easy.

That head on that body. Hilarious. Lose some weight, you look ridiculous.

Lol!!! You you don't know a lot about doctors or developing muscle. You're also on some strange quest to defend the possibility that he is natural, while anybody with real experience in the field knows there is no chance in hell he's natural. I'm not even going to argue you, because you seem like the type that will drag on a discussion with ridiculous arguments to no end.

You even lift? Actually, eating a strict muscle building dieting is less expensive than the average american diet, unless the guy is eating rare wild salmon every single day.

Brah, get out of here lol.

He has had 5 years and butt loads of money to tack on to those guns. When you see pictures like this, you seriously can't imagine getting only a little bigger in 5 years with extreme dedication and the perfect diet/workout plan dedicated entirely to making your arms look like Donkey Kong's?

What the hell is a "perfect diet"? No brosience please. You can eat whatever you want and still get ripped. And in order to get big you have to eat big. You don't gain that much weight/muscle mass by eating a carrot or half a cabbage. Just make sure you know what your body burns and how much you have to eat/drink to refuel...

But that's the thing, he probably does eat some rare wild salmon egg's blended into a smoothie containing shit none of us have even heard of. A standard "strict muscle building diet" isn't what he is going to eat. He is going to eat a diet which has been proven through blood testing to put his muscle building hormones off the charts, and he is going to eat that diet in a way that ensures he gets the best results from his workouts. It just isn't something that normal people can even fathom, because we are talking about the 0.001% here.

Competitive bodybuilding is a joke. If a guy like Lorenzo wanted to, who would be able to smoke all of them in aesthetics. That isn't his bag. There is no money in competitive body building, and all of that entire industry is a circle jerk. The guys look ridiculous.

RealMMA is doing a great troll job in here.

the more obvious question is why the HELL would lorenzo be natural? he doesn't compete, he has no reason to be. he has no shortage of money, access to good doctors and advice.

if he was natural and lifting to get big, he'd be an idiot, unless for some specific reason he didn't want to use PEDs.

of course if he was lifting and natural, he'd be less than half the size.

The perfect diet optimizes everything about your body to meet your goal. All of the vitamins and minerals your body desires, to the exact optimal point. You can't meet those without doing blood tests on a regular basis, it just isn't possible without blind luck, and even with the best luck in the world, you wouldn't be able to maintain that optimization without regular testing.

You can't know everything your body burns without regular blood and urine tests, so how can you know if you are replacing everything it burns? How can you know how much is optimal to replace it? How can you know the optimal time to eat? None of this is possible to any sort of optimization without blood tests, urine tests, physicals, and extreme control of your diet.

god i hope you're a troll and don't actually believe the shit you're saying

Of course you can, there are simple devices you wear for a full day or week or a full workout or when you go to sleep that tell you exactly how many calories you burn.

ahahahaaha this realmma guy is really funny

He's rich so he can afford the best trainers and nutritionists.. Nothing to see here..
