Anyone here on TRT?

Does anyone find injecting intramuscular once a week feels better than injecting smaller dosages twice a week (whether it's subq or IM).

A youtuber bignoknow says he found 1x a week works much better for him than twice a week.

But I hear injecting twice a week is better for keeping your e2 levels from spiking up.

I do subq in the belly fat twice a week....thinking about switching to once a week injections intramuscularly (intramuscular is necessary for dosages above 80 mg per week I hear)

I’d just go once a week. The e2 difference isn’t really significant especially at dosages sub 350- 400 a week. At 500+ makes a significant difference.
At the dosage of less than 200, shouldn’t be an issue at all.

I’d recommend supplementing with tonkat Ali or to a lesser extent Reservatrol, for the anti aroma tase properties, without the complications of Nolva or Adex.

I recommend any dude on trt to supplement tonkat ali, as it boosts free test and lowers test conversion to estrogen.

You’ll notice an enhanced effect within a few weeks strength/energy and blood work will confirm a slight bump in total t, free t elevated significantly and lower e2.

Me too. And, I highly recommend it to anyone who's testosterone count is low or out of balance for any reason. Mine is low because I'm over 50 & it could also have been adversely affected by my boxing career. Apparently, years of blunt force trauma can lower one's count. Though my urologist is skeptical about that in my case because my count is considered to be in the low-normal range for my age rather than being tanked like a lot of football players & combat sports athletes. Which is definitely a relief.
Anyhow, I've been on it for two years now & I feel much better than I did prior to going on TRT. I have a lot more energy & I feel so much better than I did while taking all those over the counter supplements which is initially what I tried after my primary mentioned that my testosterone was low after routine blood work. None of them worked & I wanted to be sure to be able to keep up with my fiance so I went straight to my urologist & got on TRT.
Maybe this is TMI but I'll be honest, my energy in the bedroom was fine but I wanted an extra boost or two because she's two decades younger than I am & it's certainly done the trick. Not to mention my physique has certainly improved & taken on a more youthful appearance.
I've had no side effects either. How about you?
What's your experience been like with TRT? As great as mine I hope.
Peace.
What mental benefits have you experienced?

-500 iu HCG twice a week
What do you think about the idea that gets thrown around a lot, about HCG desensitizing Leydig cells?
I heard once you go on it you can never go off or else your estrogen will go through the roof.
Closest thing to that would be if someone took Adex and discontinued it early and/or didn't taper off. Unlike Asin, Adex doesn't suicide with E2 it just blocks it so if you stop Adex while there's still test in your body then E2 will rebound.
What kind of numbers did u have to get T prescribed?
Whatever is under your reference range but generally >300. The numbers alone isn't going to get your doctor to do it though I imagine.

Because of my recent move to Arizona, I had to go without TRT for several weeks because I ran out of the supply that my urologist supplied me with before leaving New York. So, of course, I had to go through the process of getting all new doctors here in AZ before getting back on testosterone, meaning that I missed a few doses & damn, did I feel it. My energy diminished, my libido suffered & I lacked the motivation that I usually have.
So, I found a new primary & discovered that here it's not necessary to go to a urologist for TRT. My primary just had me get some labs done, saw that my testosterone count was low & prescribed me what I needed. So, I'm back on the good stuff now & wow, what a difference. I knew that it definitely helped me out before but having gone without it after being on it for two years really made me aware of how much.
So, if anyone here is considering getting on TRT once you hit a certain age like me I highly recommend it but just be aware that you'll want to stay on it for life. Because once you get used to the benefits you're not going to want to give them up.

That, and because your body's ability to produce test naturally has been diminished. If you never got on it in the first place you would produce more endogenous T than after the suppression that follows trt.

I won't know for sure until I get to your age but I'm going to stay natty as long as possible. My libido and gym motivation improved dramatically after aip diet and I'm convinced that a lot of people hurt themselves without even realizing it because of their diet.

I'm probably old enough to get it and I have noticed that injuries take a LOT longer to heal these days... Do you just go to a Doctor and ask for a test? I might be up to try it.

<mma4>

any effect on anxiety and depression?

Well, I Take a combination of Effexor & Abilify for those two issues so I'm good. But certainly feeling better physically helps to elevate my moods. So, yeah, in that sense I think it definitely helps.
As far as suffering any adverse side effects from TRT, I've experienced none at all. My experience with it has all been positive.

Yeah, your primary will just order a blood test to see where you're at & then, if your testosterone is low, he or she will either prescribe you TRT or refer you to a urologist & they'll do it. Either way, it's all rather quick & easy in my experience.

Well, mine isn't only affected by my age but because of my boxing career & the fact that I also take Vicodin for pain management.

Damn, glad it works for you.

I don't spar anymore because of everything I read about cte. Even 'light sparring' always seems to escalate because of egos..

where do you even get a good source of tongkat ali though?

I looked into it before and it seems like the market place is filled with crap tier inconsistent product that is relatively expensive.

Smart, but please chill w the elitism.

With that being said, youre going down the right path. Don't do PEDs. You can still have high T in your 40s and even 50s if youre healthy and keep weightlifting/eating right

Thanks and sorry if I'm a little abrasive about it but at the same time I'm not sorry because I know that I'm right. Too many young guys are too eager to get on hormones and fuck up their natural production. I know that it's better to hold out and explore every natural means to raise test first and I want to spread the word before another guy gives himself hypogonadism. Also, when using test, less is often more.

If I sound arrogant then it's because I have strong opinions on the subject after reading and listening to a lot of info about it. I'm damn proud to be natural. If you're not, then don't worry about my opinion because that's all it is but I do feel somewhat elite for being natty and deriving all of, my strength, focus, and passion from my own balls.

If you're on trt, this doesn't apply to you. Don't worry about it and be happy. If you're under 35-40 and thinking about getting on, watch starting @8:30 of the video and listen for 5 minutes.

If you still want to go ahead then great, but understand that there's probably no turning back once you start trt.

Things to be aware of when trying to naturally raise t

I wholeheartedly agree, If I could go back to when I was 19, I would never have taken that first cycle. But in hindsight TRT helped so much with giving me confidence and energy that I lacked even before starting PEDs.

I'm glad you feel better and that trt is working out for you. It's good to know that the option is there
