I don't drink caffeine anyway apart from what's in tea, and I have a dedicated non caffeine tea cupboard so I'm not going to get bored there.Cut out caffeine, and all other inflammatory foods.
Have a fish oil tablet or two a day.
If there's an improvement you'll see it in about 6 months from the habit change.
Didn't think about fish oil tablets. I'll order some now. I love oily fish but not going to cook it every day.
