Awesome. My shoulders are ok at the moment, but one has frequent dislocations and a surgery history and the other I separated my AC joint last yearI just got my second injection. Looks like it was mostly healed already from the first time. Yah.
This is the last outstanding, current injury... now to attempt to keep it that way for a while![]()

I guess it depends on what the issue is. Seems to be great for healing tears, but for example, where I'd previously torn the labrum off the bone, I doubt it would have done much to help.Awesome. Thanks for sharing so that I know of an option if they start acting up again as they have in the past on me
My surgery was to fix a torn labrum and that still give me issues now. It’s overly tight so no longer dislocates, but I’ll frequently get small tears on it because it can’t stretch like before if I do too much force at the wrong angleI guess it depends on what the issue is. Sounds like they didn't repair it properly the first time. I've had three different operations for labrum tears but nothing since 2013 thankfully. My surgery was to fix a torn labrum and that still give me issues now. Why? Run out of welfare payments for the month?I'm grumpy today. Beware.
Do you got any other hobbies than heckling me ?Why? Run out of welfare payments for the month?
Fortunately I have many.Do you got any other hobbies than heckling me ?
Couldn't hurt to try, it's certainly much cheaper, easier and far quicker recovery than surgeries.I probably need that too After I broke my clavicle in 2022 a side effect was my rotator cuff was always sore my scapula is a bit messed up too, your tricep is also sore as a lasting effect and also the bone itself can get sore from time to time.
Don't think we can't multi-task. You can even combine hobbies, such as going to visit a nice winery or the beach, sitting down with a glass of wine, and giving you crap on our phonesDo you got any other hobbies than heckling me ?

I actually was not eligible for a surgery because of how I broke my clavicle it had to heal on its own bone just grew in the gap where it was displaced.Couldn't hurt to try, it's certainly much cheaper, easier and far quicker recovery than surgeries.

It is pretty cheap to treat a broken clavicle the only thing my insurance got charged for was like the 19 xrays I took in 14 months. I was also prescribed like 30 hydrocodone which is a cheap pill. I bought a sling myself on amazon becuse the orthopedic clinic gave me a cheap one.Damn...
That's why I'll always pay for private health insurance, no matter how damn expensive its getting.
