Anyone had PRP therapy?

Is that like Regenokine? Joe Rogan had Regenokine done and said he had good results for neck and back issues he had.
Rogan claims a lot of things work, stem cells, peptides, this stuff apparently yet he's also always talking about how fucked up he is, and can't do a lot of training like he used to anymore

Its actually super AIDS therapy that you need pal....If you could at least leave men in their bed alone...

Well, he and I are both in our late 50s and there's a lot of stuff I can't do anymore either.

@Contempt Me saying yesterday that you aren't shy of a few bob, I've woken up with Kajagoogoo in my head this morning.

CroCop actually did this. Man I shruder thinking bout how the needle wnet directly into his knee. Basically blood doesn´t flow well trough your rotator cuffs the cartilage and stuff, so it doesn´t regenerate well. So they inject new life into it.

It was a catchy song back in the day but the group disbanded shortly after this one song.
I had a massive crush on my babysitter who worked for my dad, when he got posted to Belize he left me his Kajagoogoo and Ultravox records. We stayed in touch as pen pals writing to each other till for whatever we fizzled it out. Me being a very small child that sounds weird but he was such a nice bloke and I used to love our in depth critique of the top 40 every week.

I had a huge crush on my babysitter when I was a kid. Her name was Vanessa. (I named several of my future cars after her.) The Kajagoogoo song came out when I was in high school. I got my first job at a restaurant when the song was popular and it always brings back fond memories when I hear it.

We all knew Vienna but I'm still a massive Ultravox fan 40 years later because of him giving me those albums. I can't remember the equivalent of your Vanessa. He was so lovely though writing to a little girl as a pen pal.

So... both of my rotator cuffs aren't great. I have had a referral to a specialist for scans for potentially getting it.

For those not familiar: basically: "Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy is a treatment that uses a concentration of platelets derived from your own blood to promote healing in injured tissues. It is commonly used for conditions like tendon injuries, arthritis, and hair loss, although its effectiveness can vary."

Just thought I'd ask if anyone has any experience with this?
I was fortunate enough that my medical insurance cocked up and gave me this for free - also for my rotator cuffs. Alone it won’t do anything without a good physio program.
