Anyone else like Cracker Barrel?

Looks like they also changed the interior.

Edit

They changed the wording of the peg board game that's been around since the restaurant opened in 1960.

I remember the early 00's when that website that highlighted classism-as-comedy was a thing.

Its cringe to laugh at people who can't afford to shop at Whole Foods
Yes, this is strictly about how much money they have and wether or not they can "shop at Whole Foods." You emotional can. 😂

When I was younger, and taking car trips often, Cracker Barrel was a favorite place to eat at.

The last time I ate at one was maybe 5 years ago near Atlanta.

I'm taking notes, as at some point I intend to visit the US of Americans and suicide myself by eating my way across the country.

Thank you, brothers and sisters. I'll not be visiting Cracker Barrel.

We don’t have Cracker Barrel restaurants in Canada (though they are probably the most common brand of cheese in our grocery stores, or at least they are here in Alberta) and while I’ve been to the US pretty regularly over the last few years (2017 to Seattle, 2019 to San Diego, 2022 to Las Vegas, 2023 to Anaheim, 2024 to Louisville, 2025 to New Orleans) I have not come across any Cracker Barrels on any of those trips.

It is slightly above average only reason I ever went to it was because it was conveniently located by my job. There is better options out there.

There's a lot of grocery chains that are not Walmart or Whole Foods

Also, every picture that I saw of Walmart shoppers (I don't remember if it was that specific site or not) was of people dressed terribly (including dressed terribly +fat)or doing some weird shit. You'd laugh at them anywhere but they just occur at Walmart in higher volume.

Gonna put a short on them today. Looking up next quarterly.

Loved it when they cared about qaulity! That ended around 2010. Its been basically Denny qaulity since

Waffle House now firmly stands alone as greatest breakfast chain
Also Waffle House produced some of the greatest fights of all time.

They're almost all in the South. This is old-- from 2022:

There are 5 in the Louisville area. That was your best chance, surprised you didn't run into one. That's Cracker Barrel country.

Well, I’ll be taking the family to Florida in February for a Disney World trip, I’ll keep an eye open on that trip.

Never even heard of the place until this latest controversy.

Looks like there is only 1 in all of Northern California near Sac.

Same thing with Waffle House, only hear about it from fights happening there. Never seen one in person.

We don't get those Redneck establishments in California.

I've also never been to a Cracker Barrel. Must be an East Coast thing. I only recently learned that "Waffle House" is an actual chain and not a catch all term for a diner that's open late.
