I think you're wrong about the coach on this one. Conor has been completely erratic since he sent out his retirement tweet in Iceland (while John was still at SBG). He doesn't seem to have strong control over Conor nor does he play a big part in how Conor goes about his career. And why should he, Conor is a grown man and has always handled his branding and social media.

Conor looks like he just practices striking with Roddy, grappling and BJJ with Gunnar, and then spam amateur capoiera kicks at Artem during sparring. John is becoming a poor man's Edmond and is only there to say "hit em with the left straight" in between rounds.
