any insect (roaches) experts here?

looks like sherdog might actually be dying now.

If your building is stand alone, roaches are very controllable with poisons and sticky traps. I was a Quality Assurance manager for a major food company, early in my career and had no issue controlling roaches. We even bought some companies out of bankruptcy with major roach infestations and i was able to easily get them under control. Just keep at the poisons and put sticky traps along every edge corridor they walk.

But if the building is part of a bigger building complex and the roaches are mainly coming in from other areas, nothing you do in your area can stop them. They will easily out breed any that you catch and kill.

What do you mean by “we had German?”

He's probably referring to "German" cockroaches, which are originally from India:

But it's possible his restaurant used to serve German food and whatever contractor he called in wiped that out, in which case he's an asshole.

I heard a guy recently got rid of his spider problem using hairspray and a lighter
You might wanna give that a shot
THAT is the GOAT way of getting of spiders.

With username @MARIJUANA I thought this was about a different kind of roaches.

Those roaches are simple.
"Kill it with fire"
Burn them motherfuckers. Problem solved.

There used to be something called Roach Doctor which is a syringe of bait poison and used to be sold in Target, Walmart, Amazon, but can't find anymore or super expensive. It was effective until it stopped working.

That's bait aversion.

I used 2 of these to get rid of an infestation like 10 years ago. How it works is it's a poison and the roaches will eat it and then go back to their nest or hideout or whatever and they die. Then other roaches eat them and they ingest the poison as well and the cycle continues. It's like a cannibalistic poison genocide. Anyway it's like $10 at Wal Mart.

Had a neighbor who bought that stuff. He said it didn't work, none of the roaches would stay still for the injection.

Hey y'all, I have recently been having problems in my kitchen.
I work in a restaurant as a sous chef, and I have been noticing roaches appearing. Now I have been working here for 5 years and have never had problems with roaches, but recently the past 2 weeks I have been noticing a lot of them in the kitchen.
What can I do to get rid of them? My managers being a bitch and is making me get rid of the dirty little pests.
Is it worth to call the pest control? Or should I make poison and kill those fuckers myself?
Roach traps everywhere, even before you ever see them.
