No, never really had much interest. But occassionally I see someone that is really good at dancing and think, "That's cool. I wish I could do that." But never enough to actually take the time and practice it.
Every time I am about to do something boarderline gay, like dancing, I just ask myself, "would Ernest Hemingway do this?" The answer is always no.
Very smooth, There bodies are so intertwined. Its like they are one. I love seeing Tango danced to non Tango music. I'm starting to appreciate Tango more, I though Id get more ladies and non dancers to do salsa with me at parties. But I should just learn what I wanna learn and the women will be there. Tango and Salsa sounds like a killer combination though.I've been dancing Tango and Blues for about five years. Lots of girls, lots of fun...
Blango is the term some people use. Here is an example...(not me)
Did I stumble upon the new "girls and gays" thread?
Men don't dance. Period.
Haha, I', not even a fan of his but that's pretty boss. Carlos Newton is awesome though lolA world champion professional fighter with 10 title defenses and over 20 KOs is about as manly as it gets.

Edit: just noticed how old that post is.
I took Salsa lessons, but I just can't seem to connect with the music. I just don't hear the rhythm. East Coast Swing (Jive), on the other hand, is a blast. Obvious musical beats and it's easier footwork IMO.
Old school Lindy Hop looks fun, and you get to wear awesome clothes :icon_chee

Dancing skills could've definitely helped land some ladies when I was single but I was always part of the "dancing is for pansies" mentality.
This thread makes ecstasy sound awesome lol, its crazy to think dancing is such an untapped resvoir especially now!!!No way dancing is for pansies. Most of the effective womanisers I've known were pretty handy on the floor.
I fucking love dancing but I'm self conscious when sober. The 90s house scene changed that for me completely. Funky house music with the addition of sensible quantities of MDMA I went from standing on the sidelines to getting down big style. It's stayed with me. There's few feelings like it in this world when you're at one with the music - be that making an unintentional dick of yourself and not caring or genuinely good dancing.
I will groove while I'm alone though. Just walking through my house, driving, or whatever else I'm doing. If there's music playing I'm grooving.
