Europol knows a lot more about terrorism than you or I, they guard an entire continent from it. Why would you not look to an expienced globally recognized law enforcement agency for guidance?

Yeah but they're inspired by the EU groups so it is/was just a matter of time. The point is they don't need to have a sole centralized leadership to rise to a threat level that local law enforcement isn't equipped to deal with. Especially in the age of social media and encrypted chat. I don't think that's an unreasonable position.

Sure. Can you see how a leaderless, unstructured organization can be difficult to pin down? How there will inevitably be a lack of evidence to prove someone is part of antifa?
