Love Ant-Man, Marvel always hits hit home, even with minor characters or less famous characters.

Man they are killing DC

DC has the popular and well known characters and still fuck up a Batman and Super man combo movie

LOL

I watched it last weekend and thought it was a good movie. Plenty of action and didnt tske itself too seriously.

It's hilarious.

The WORST thing you can say about a Marvel work is that it isn't as good as one of their others. You can't say that something they made is actually bad. Well.... you can, but you'd be wrong.

For example, Jessica Jones was good in it's own right, but wasn't as good as Daredevil. Ant-Man wasn't quite Guardians or something, but it was still fucking cool. Iron Man 3 was shit... for Marvel. It was still leaps and bounds more entertaining than that flop BvS.

Snyder might as well have filmed himself taking a dump for two hours.

Hah I guess im alone in thinking BvS was fantastic.

Antman was great. Better than all of the Ironman films IMO.

I thought it was gonna be meh too, but I, too, really liked it.

And just cus, here's the Honest Trailer.

I saw it last night as well.

Writing was much better than I anticipated.

Overall I thought it was good.

I only saw it recently too and I thought it was pretty good, much better than I expected after hearing people say it was bad.
I actually gave it 8/10 I thought it was that good.

I like the Marvel movies.

The only ones I didn't really enjoy were the 3rd Iron Man and the Tobey Maguire Spiderman movies.

Didn't like the first Captain America or the first Thor the sequels were good. This movie was ok it wasn't great better then the first captain america and first thor for sure.

Ant Man was a really good movie for what it was trying to be. It's not my favorite, it's not the most memorable or epic - though the Falcon fight scene was awesome - and frankly, I came out being impressed above and beyond what I expected. Though it's one of their secondary movies when all is said and done, it's a secondary movie done right and, despite it being a character I didn't care about, the movie stood on its own merits without huge buildup in other films or having massive names to carry it.

And yes, this is a contrast to how a movie like BvS turned out. BvS has a lot of people rushing to tout that "it's not that bad" and whatnot but, frankly, if you took Batman and Superman and DC's IP's out of it and had it be generic vigilante hero X vs generic caped alien superhero Y, no-one would give a hoot about the movie and it would just be a colossal failure. Ant-Man? No-one cared much about him to begin with so, when I left that movie pleasantly surprised, it was because the movie was good, not because it had an event everyone wanted to see on the big screen. BvS is a much beloved and anticipated matchup carrying a bleh movie, and Ant-Man is good movie carrying a relatively unimportant character.

I thought TFA was pretty good. It was a nice origin story. Not to mention, there's a ton of callbacks being shot its way.

I have yet to be able to sit through this movie and I've tried watching it on two separate occasions. It just doesn't do it for me.

I just couldn't stand it. Was easily the worst Marvel movie so far to me. The beginning where they had CA with the tiny body looked so fake it wasn't even funny. I also almost fell asleep during the end of the movie. I've never really been a fan of Captain America as it is. With that said the winter soldier might be my favorite marvel movie so far as well which I was surprised by. Hopefully they do another Hulk movie I'm pissed it's taking so long. I think they don't know what direction to take Hulk's character.

Almost every direction they can take his character leads to him flying off the handle and ending up going rogue, off the Avengers, or shot into space or something. I think they're keeping him on ice until the whole story has advanced enough for this to make sense.

Yea that was I found out when seeing his story arc. I thought the last Hulk movie was really well done they left me wanting more.

Well, if Planet Hulk gets made, you'll likely get your fill... Though, I'm not really sure how that will work out.
