Really enjoyed the one piece and Food porn manga this week. That last page of one piece tho can't wait for that fight loved how Luffy smashed the mirror was like bitch we are about to throw down. Really interested in what kind of dish they will be making with the ingredients they got for this battle. The one thing I love about Luffy he is always ready to throw down in a right whether it be one on one or fighting a group of people

I've really gotten a laugh out of shoujo-Megumi these last two chapters.

Decent chapter. I'm guessing Luffy going to win but with extreme difficulty.

Plot twist. Ippo gets KOd and retires. Itagaki avenges Ippo and beats Ricardo and starts dating Kumi. Ippo becomes a raging alcoholic.

I don't know him specifically, but I think it's pretty well known by fans that the style used in anime/manga evolved out of the style used for early american animation, with Disney being one of those major influences. For example Astro Boy from the 50s would have fit right in with Betty Boop:

Either that or try and pull a Fairy Tail and get a "Friendship Power" boost that allows him to power through. That worked perfectly vs Lucci since both of them were exhausted, but here it would just be pure asspull.

I've only read a few chapters myself (it's in my "six-month" folder) so you and I have probably read about the same amount. I wasn't overly impressed but thought it was worth coming back to and seeing how it developed.
