Anime and Manga v37

@doomrider7

The arc is picking up , I'm sure Luffy will figure out the Sanji is pulling what Robin did in Water 7 and trying to protect his friends, I hope this arc pans out , I'm sure seeing how sad Nami looks in the last panels will affect Sanji whether he shows it or not.

I think Nami will be the one to figure it out. I'm thinking Sanji "tells them" about his shackles and that Big Mom has the key.

Some body talk to me about Toriko , Toriko's 3rd demon just pulled a Fist of the North Star on Neo/Acacia. Fucking epic.

Any good recommendations for action based anime to watch?

I was a huge dragonball fan in the past. I grew up watching all the dragonball and even read some of the manga when I was younger. Yes I watch DBS and current on it.

Recently discovered One Punch Man and happy to hear a second season next year.

I've heard good things on One Piece and there's enough episodes that could last me a very long time, but not sure I want to commit to that and I heard it can be a little slow at times, kind of how DB adds in a lot of fillers. Just looking for a few episodes to watch per week.

Shiori Experience - Jimi na Watashi to Hen na Oji-san

http://bato.to/comic/_/comics/shiori-experience-jimi-na-watashi-to-hen-na-oji-san-r10873/

Shiori was once a guitarist in a light music club in high school. But her first live performance was dashed when her brother ran away from home with a lot of debt, to become a musician in Tokyo.
A decade later, Shiori is now a high school teacher, leading a boring, uneventful life and paying off the debt... till she runs into the ghost of none other than a famous guitarist Jim-you-know-who.
A story of a 27-year-old woman on her way to a music legend begins here.

@Yodsanan

Thanks. Will check it out. Anything similar to One Punch Man? I really enjoy the characters, action and comedy all in one.

OPM is basically a satire of the shonen genre, so you good to go sticking to the big shonen series out there. FMA: Brotherhood, Hajime no Ippo, Magi, Hunter x Hunter, One Piece.

Last season there also was Mob Psycho 100, an anime by the same creator of One Punch Man. It's a bit different but the humor and main character are written pretty similar.

You're already dead.

Kinda anti-climatic. Midora still refuses to eat GOD! So frustrating. NEO/Acacia probably still has one more trick. Looks like Toriko is almost done.

Shame most series start out strong and kinda die down near the end. Part one Naruro was great. Part two, meh. Same thing happened to Toriko I felt.

I gave up on Toriko a few months ago. I think most of this gourmet world arc has pretty much sucked. When the big thing shat out all those langolier meatball things is when I finally said "fuck it" and moved on.

Toriko's original formula worked well. An ingredient needed to be found and a new setting was introduced. We got tons of information on places and methods of cooking. Minor characters were actually interesting. Yes, Toriko was a battle oriented manga but it came down to the food.

Now it's a pissing contest of explosions and no my hax is better!

I know I'm always behind on what's going on, but I just finished watching Parasyte. Really good, just had a question for those who read the manga. Does the show follow the manga to its end, or is there a possibilty of more? If that's how it actually ends it's pretty unfulfilling. Way too many questions left unanswered.

I read the manga but didn't watch the show. How's the show end? The manga ending was pretty unfulfilling so it sounds like they may have been faithful. From memory:
MC fights dude with a bunch of parasytes in him. Somehow wins (I don't even remember how he does it, the whole last quarter of the manga sorta sucked) and the hand goes dormant/appears to have died. Something dumb happens with the love interest...falling off a building or some such idiocy. Hand gets all stretchy to save her. Basically ends there. It's a shite ending for a series that started off so strongly.

That's exactly where the show ends as well. Kind of lame because the journey is amazing, and yet the final destination is just disappointing. No questions answered about what the parasytes are or where they came from.

I binged watch the 1st season of bungou stray dogs. It was surprisingly good than I expected. The 2nd season backstory arc was excellent. Explains Dazai's character & his attachment to the weretiger/orphans.

@doomrider7

Good feels in this week's chapter of OP , Sanji went all put because he knew Luffy could take it. Can't wait to see how this all pans out.

Nt quite what I expected, but good nonetheless. I'm also curious as to how this all pans out and want Sanji to interact with Purin again about all that's transpired. Not sure, but why might have a break after this chapter or the next given how the releases have been going.

Let's get this show on the road Oda. We've been down this road already with Robin.
