Anime and Manga v37

I enjoyed Vento Aureo much more than I'm enjoying Jojolion right now.

I just realized there was a new Ruruni (sp) Kenshin movie released a few years ago. Oo

I've long since stopped watching anime but I'll always hit a theater to watch one of my old favorites such as that.

So with this weeks, or possibly next week, episode Clangzerk we might finally get to see Gatts vs Zodd on the Hill of Swords. I hope it looks better than Gatts vs Mozgus. I'm reasonably hyped for that.

I'm now totally convinced the author of God of High School has no idea where he's going with this shit. It's not quite Bleach-bad...at least not yet. But it sure looks to be heading in that direction.

new term right there "Bleach-bad" when you know it's time to let a manga die lol

Bleached or Kubo'd can't decide which is a better term for Garbage.

Just some throwbacks on some of my favorite soundtracks. Ah, nostalgia.

Recommend me some good manga, old or new.
I have no idea what your reading history is, so I'll just toss out a ton of stuff from different genres and levels of notoriety. Strongest recommendations in red.

Thanks man, I've read some Dragonball, Rurouni Kenshin and Fullmetal. Ive barely started getting into manga. So that helps alot. I have heard good things about Onepunch, vinland saga and beserk.

If you're a fan of action/shonens then OPM is a good place on the list to start. Vinland and Berserk are both fantastic (I actually own both of them).

I just saw the art on Vinland and Beserk, looks awesome
For my money Berserk and Vagabond have the best art. The problem with them is their release schedules. Some recommendations I didn't see on JBS list are:
Shamo
Green Blood - amazing art
Monster
One Piece - if you're into shonen

I'm drawing a blank on some of the other series I've enjoyed I'll post them later if I remember.

If you like good art check out Green Blood. this is direct at Thad Castle, not the strongest story but it's engaging enough.
