Not sure why you're getting grumpy, I don't follow news about Tate 24/7, thus the reason why I don't know the facts as to whether they seem guilty or not.

Yes there are no charges, but I'm also not familiar how the romanian law works or what not. Who knows if they're just gathering more evidence or whatever the fuck? I've read somewhere that what they did to the Tate's was an acceptable procedure in Romania even if they haven't been charged yet. Again i'm not familiar with their laws and i'm not gonna pretend I'm an expert on this.

I too think it's ridiculous that they're being held for months with no charges given, and by no means I implied that they're guilty based on how Tristan talks. I just find it weird that he always says that he is innocent, without even mentioning his own brother. It's almost as if betraying him.
