They're claiming they (Romanian authorities) were waiting for confirmation he was in the country and a precise location. The pizza box gave them the info they needed for the raid (the pizza box came from a specific location close to where the raid took place). Keep in mind that Romania is not the most sophisticated country in the world. I have nothing against Romanians and have even dated one (albeit an Americanized woman), but...
