I guess as more available evidence comes out we all have the ability to change our mind with what the govt has to prove their charges.

I agree that this is the most likely scenario. He was basically a fuckboy.

But human trafficking usually means FORCED sexual exploitation. #1 these girls were doing cam work, not prostitution. And (so far) there is no evidence that these girls couldn't just leave.

As for rape and all these other accusations, this is based on anonymous Vice stories. Not credible at all - zero proof. And NOT part of this case. So irrelevant and looks like a media hit job to me.

Agreed. The trial will be interesting to follow.

Tate seemed mostly all bravado talk, but a hustler behind the scenes. Doing the scummy work for the wannabe cam girls. How many of these girls really want to message losers all day to increase engagement and keep them on the subscriber list.

Just hire some loser dude to take care of the correspondence, then bring in the girls to video and take photos to keep them on the hook. Seemed like a win win... but definitely scummy to the max.

But the Porn industry has been far scummier for 50+ years. And that's right in Liberal central's backyard of LA. And it's still rolling along.

There's always a massive market of loser dudes desparate for a little attention and porn. And guys like Tate provide it with the help of willing girls. Yes, its gross.

But when girls like Bhad Babie are pulling $4 million per year on OF.... Seriously, WTF. I don't get it either.

Anyway, I guess we'll see in this trial if Tate and his brother went too far. While I found him just entertaining... I never took anything he said seriously... if he did physcially restrain and abuse women while pushing his OF business, send the two away for a few decades. No loss.

But then again, maybe he's right and they're fabricating shit to come after him because of history. I think Mike Geragos's firm is involved in his trial? Dude is a top notch legal hound. He's reps Cain and Mike Tyson and several other high profile clients. He has a podcast and his insights are extremely interesting. I'm sure this week he'll have some opinions.

Where theres smoke theres fire and it looks like its coming in a big way

He must not have dug too deep because it’s been post in this thread many times what he’s accused of and evidence supporting it.

I will say that yeah it’s kinda on the lighter side of human trafficking and I wouldn’t lump it in with the truly horrific stuff that goes on. Doesn’t mean what he does isn’t bad though and doesn’t deserve prison time.

I do think he's probably guilty of some tax shit and also being shady ripping the girls off a bit.

He said in a video he would take off some off the top of the girls money and claimed to them it was taxes. But then didn't pay the taxes or something like that. Not sure if that was exactly what he said, but it was something along those lines.

He also said he had a bottom bitch and explained how he'd lure girls into sex work who'd never done it before so he's definitely a scumbag, whether he stayed on the legal side of being a scumbag remains to be seen.
 
this guy hit the nerves of people in big places. or was planed all along. make him be popular and fame and make people follow his every move and then when people are on that brink of he is main stream to these people that followed him they played joke on them and say this guy is a fraud and all the build up fame you went through to make him big is all for nothing
