According to Romanian law he can only be held for 180 days so he's set to be released in late May.

Even setting that aside I don't think it'd be funny if he was indefinitely detained without being charged, that is the opposite of funny to me. I think he's probably guilty but he should get his day in court.

I have no idea what Loverboy theory is. I only knew of Tate in the periphery and after the fact because he's all over the news. Saw the Vice video.

I want to know what actual laws were broken. From what I know so far, it seems he's just an asshole who emotionally manipulated women to do camwork. I see that as being a horrible person, but not illegal. There's a difference between manipulated emotionally and forcing someone.

His YouTube videos are pretty damning though , maybe he's full of shit in his videos but I'd put forth that the logical position at this point is that he's guilty of some crimes .

But the investigation may come up empty and he walks , it's possible his douche persona is just an act he uses to dupe and bilk incels and that he hasn't done anything illegal.

I wouldn't be surprised if the bar they set for themselves on whether or not the proceed with charges Is pretty high , higher than for someone without his notoriety , I'd think they would rather let him walk than lose what would be a very high profile trial.
