Anderson who was a decade past his prime, with a weeks notice coming off surgery still went the distance against 2016 DC, the same guy who would submit Rumble for the 2nd time his very next fight.

Anderson is actually underrated by a large portion of the MMA community, Rashad would've gotten blasted, started talking trash instead of shooting for takedowns and would've eventually gone out on his shield in devastating fashion. It wouldn't even be close at all...

Decade past his prime? Means he lost to japaneze featherweights in his prime.
 
LHW Champ Rashad thought he was a high level striker and that was his downfall. As he become older he started to fight smarter. Probably peaked around the time he fought Jon Jones. That version of Rashad would've been a good fight for Anderson Silva.
 
Rashad most likely would not of faired well against Anderson's striking.

Middle of the road kind of guy who was champ and beat Shogun, Franklin, Tito 2x and Rampage? Are you well? Anderson was never scared to fight anyone at LHW that was legit he faced off against Cormier and Forrest. The reason he didn't dedicate full time was simply cause he was the MW champ.

Shogun was coming from surgeries iirc, what happened in the rematch? Franklin too like Forrest was a jack of all trades master off none fighter. 3rd Tito fight was a joke, Tito won that.

Forrest is one of the most overrated fighters. Not even top 10 all time in that division.
 
Anderson would’ve been ragdolled by rashad, possibly KOd. Pillow fist Chael put Anderson on Queer Street because of his double leg threat. Rashad mixed his striking and wrestling too well for Anderson to contend with. Too fast. Slow poke Weidman played basketball with Anderson’s head.

This is actually a decent point. Not that I think Rashad would have KOd him but Chael made beating Anderson look easy until he Chaeled himself.
 
Which Rashad. Cause pre Machida Rashad could've easily decisioned Anderson. Don't let his decline confuse you
 
I give the Rashad from around the time of the Phil Davis fight a better chance than Shogun or Rampage.
 
Lol at Forrest the champ.he was the most fabricated champ ever. Rampage threw that fight to go to Hollywood and ufc got their cinderella story. Only real cats know what's up
