Well you’re admitting you don’t watch the news, so that is one thing, again, be a little more informed.

But as you can see, you can readily search any major news agency and see what they say. So I did CNN, the view is ABC. This happened all throughout Biden’s presidency also

Here is “msnbc undocumented “

Mate, why won't you take the first hint that I won't watch your videos? I'd struggle watching the amount you've told me to watch from a friend.

Carry on letting bid daddy government tell you how to think. Your little "let me talk down to some random person like I know it all and they know nothing" schtick tells me you actually don't know shit and that you're highly insecure. In person, you'd be cowering in a corner somewhere when a real motherfucker walks in. Good luck keeping up the act you put on, but it's pretty obvious to anyone that's interacted with you in any capacity.

Cool fan fiction.

And I'll also add. if you think CIS is a legitimate source for anything you are not mentally an adult and your opinion on pretty much anything doesn't matter.

On the surface, it sounds self-explanatory.
"Illegal" is law breaking.
So, they should be imprisoned or deported.

In the UK, "immigrants" holds different annotations depending on your dog in the fight.
Immigrants though, aren't illegal.

Illegal immigrants in UK should be ejected.

What is the difference?
You guys do not have a wall that someone can cross over

Then why did you ask which agencies as if you wanted to know more? You don’t even have to watch them, but OK.

Carry on, keep searching for the online validation you desire.

Nice shadow edit...see how fucking insecure you are? Afraid I might respond? Lmao...God damn you're too easy.

I am very familiar with legal immigrantion but not asylum. My understanding is if you seek asylum it can be denied and you can be deported if you are in the country. If asylum is granted it doesn't necessarily grant citizenship and your asylum can be rescinded for many reasons. I think my answer stands. If you didn't follow the legal process you are therefore an illegal occupant of the country.

One of the LEGAL means of claiming asylum is to already be on US soil when you claim it. This was NEVER Historically criminalized and we took in plenty of Commie Russians and Cubans on this premise during the 80's. And being as crossing the border is NOT a criminal Infraction (its civil), this never stood in the way of claiming asylum.

The current narrative had become that literally anyone willing to cross the Southern border is automatically a false asylum claimant, which is retarded.

You didn't have to go to the effort. I explained I wouldn't watch. You tune into them every morning/night then awesome. I really find it daft that since my friend from school was involved as the editor of a bi-partisan news agency anyone is on the fence. But you carry on doing you believing your trusted sources as a true representation of what a laughing stock we are to the rest of the world.

Wtf is a shadow edit? I made it clear by saying "I'll also add".

Here is another edit.

I think you're pretty stupid.

Lol! I'm trying to play MLB dude and I'm pretty high. You just cost me an out. Can't have shit around here. And yea, I appreciate that, I think you're a bit of a dumbfuck as well. Now get the fuck on with your day, sir.

First offense is a misdemeanor. It becomes a felony when you are caught multiple times. I don't know the number of people that keep trying to sneak back in. That population is probably South American.

It's hard to lump all illegals together. Some cross the border illegally, others fly in and overstay their visa. Marriages fail etc etc. Some others have complicated history like their parents adopted them and they never filed for proper papers. A lot of children of legal immigrants also lose their citizenships if they get arrested for a crime.

What news agency did they work for?

If I mention his name and the agency my bestie guy friend from school will Sherdog dox him again.

Why would you need to mention their name? I am just curious as to what you think is an unbiased news agency that still refers to illegals as illegals rather than undocumented

I know you'll pretend I'm making it up which is fine but last time I mentioned the company he got doxed so not saying which agency.

Do what you will with that, I really don't care.

What you say about the asylum process is correct—but I would say one isn’t an illegal occupant until such time as asylum is denied. Now, asylum can be claimed within one year of arrival, so plenty of people sneak in and then file the asylum paperwork to start that process, which is a legal process. You could at least call them an illegal by virtue of crossing illegally, I suppose.

But for people who showed up at a port of entry to claim asylum? I don’t see how we can call them illegals when they haven’t broken a law. They certainly aren’t citizens, no doubt—but they aren’t here illegally, we processed them in. It’s hard for me to see how we can call them an “illegal” when they’ve not anything illegal.

I am sure that totes happened lol

If you haven't been doxed here, you don't know haha. Happened to me heaps on my social media people finding me and exes posting on Sherdog who swiftly got banned, people have had their wives called at work after a miscarriage to laugh and poke fun so excuse me for protecting a friend when he was doxed.

Illegal entry is a misdemeanor and being imprisoned isn't one of the consequences.

You need to be a repeat offender to face time in prison. Deportation isn't even the default penalty for first time offenders, just a possible one.

Turns out the legal system is more complicated than colloquial phrases.

8 U.S. Code § 1325 - Improper entry by alien

(a) Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection; misrepresentation and concealment of facts
Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.
