I mean is it really that hard to figure out? She grew up within a zhitty system with not many options and decided to work the system to her advantage. Not everyone who joins the military does it because they want to bleed for the ole' red, white, and blue.

its funny how most people in the military think everyone in the military is all gung ho patriotic. i served nine years in the air force. i did it to get money for school and have a roof over my head while i earned money. most other people i was around also did it for a job more than any reason.

it wasnt that we dont care for our country or were not "patriotic," its just that we did it because it was the best situation for ourselves and/or families. maybe its different in the marines or army where there is a lot higher percentage of people who are actually closer to real combat than we were.

anyway, my point is that almost every single one of us would hide if possible to avoid that at the end of the day. we would stay in the office until after it was done or whatever. it is a tradition that very few people are excited for. she is no exception to the rule at all. she was just stupid to post it

Now, it's true that blacks do better off economically in most European countries relative to whites, but then again (a) everybody is more equal in most European countries, entirely irrespective of racism; and (b) blacks in European countries are tiny numbers of relatively elite emigrants, the people who could afford to pay to leave their old African countries/Caribbean islands, not poor folks who got grabbed by slavers and forced to work on plantations.

You made a pretty low % generalization and someone had to correct you. So I stepped in.

Just didn't want to stay in one place that long. Boredom does set in after a while. Its also the same as MANY people that are in the military. After 4 to 6 years things might be a little mundane and they will want to switch it up. So they go back to the civilian world.

Being able to travel the world on government dime has been pretty nice too. Been to more countries than I have fingers and toes.

I spent 8 years in the Army, deployed to Afghanistan 4 times, and I work for the military now as a civilian, and I know better than to thing that just because someone wears a uniform and takes an oath that they have any actual loyalty to anyone but themselves. Go to a base sometime where a big unit is deployed. Watch how many pregnant chick you see that are just about a month or two more pregnant that the time the unit has been gone. Most people are there for the paycheck. I was, but I was also proud of what I was doing.

I've never been military. I know this story is fake because, one day this story comes out about this chick posting on instagram that she was hiding in her car ducking colours. The next day, an alternate account is created, posting the same picture, saying #deathtoamerica and all this stuff about how the US enslaved her people and whatnot. It's a work, man. It would take about 20 seconds of reading to figure this out, but instead everyone has piled on about what a "stupid bitch" or a "whore" she is, and how she has it way better than if she was in Africa, etc. It doesn't take much to get all these guys going haha. A college instructor recently said in front of a class I was in about getting a promotion to quality controller: "They said 'you can't get that job, other people are working with have been going for that job for 20 years,' but the place was doing all kinds of diversity stuff, and I guess I was the right color/tone, I got the job"

Blacks live in a country here where they have more rights to say things than other races, where if they pull up their pants and act semi-normal people will view them as "success stories" and give them a push, even with past criminal records etc.. The white world (yes, created 99.8% by white people) is overly kind to black people. The goggles are to thick in urban American culture these days, it's bordering on delusion.
