For sandwich bread in store get "Natures Own " its twice as much as regular like 5 bucks a loaf but the best store brand sandwich bread i had yet...

No projection - nice try at deflection. Your deviant appetites are well documented here. No shame in enjoying the cock.
I think you are delusional my dear.

American Bread is fortified with bullshit ingredients to make appearance and uniformity more consistent. Enriched flower is a gut irritant and inflammatory. Welcome to team MAHA.

But have you tried it toasted with butter.

This is the bread I like. Yeah it's white, but from the numerous breads I have label researched, this one is the best IMO:

And FC, how does American bread last months for you? If I am not eating any sandwiches, my bread will only last about 3 weeks or so.
Wonderbread literally lasts months. And "only lasts 3 weeks"? Have you any idea how bad that is for you?

Dave's Bread is one of the only quality breads you can get around where I live. They carry it at the Costco here. I love good bread and just make my own, I have a bread machine but never use it.

Bread is simple and cheap to make, get a bag of Red Star yeast from Costco and some flour and you are good to go. I switched to sourdough about five years ago and mostly just make that. It has some health benefits over regular bread. I hardly use conventional yeast anymore but even though I bought it seven years ago it still works fine - just gotta keep it in the fridge.

Almost all processed food in the US have terrible ingredients and I had trouble selecting stuff that was "clean" until one of my kids recommended the app Yuka. Just pull up the app, point your camera at the bar code of any product and Yuka gives you a score from 0-100 of how clean the ingredients are. It's fantastic if you are trying to eat clean.
That app is money.
I buy pizza and microwave Chinese food for the freezer if we're too hungover to cook , shop bought bread, cereal and pasta but I'm not TOO bad when it comes to processed. I'm thankful we enjoy cooking.

I enjoy the smell of making bread even if it is in my machine. It's easy.
