alvarez got soundly beaten by cerrone and if the fight had been 5 round he would have been stopped. then he went to win gilbert just by a hair (majority thought he lost that fight). Pettis fight....zZzzZzz...oh well then he got RDA and won by tko a la bisping/serra.

Woodley lost to rory and thank god it wasnt 5 rounder coz he was in serious trouble in the third due to his skill and cardio (sorry for racism). then won DHK by tko which was impressive tbh. Overweight Kelvin was a though fight and he got the better of Kelvin only by split decision. sits 1,5 years and throws 1 shot which happens to drop aged Lawler.

Alverez will be beaten by Khabib or hell even holloway can step up a weighclass and beat him. Woodley will be beaten by rory or wonderboy any day, he has to hope for rusted gsp to wildly appear after danas annoucement of woodley-thompson.

all and all nothing new, rankings are 100000% joke.

Why do you bring up past fights for a rankings that tries to determine where they are today?

You're still taking UFC rankings, especially P4P, seriously? Seriously?

Well you have to, within reason. Fights within a year or two are pretty relevant.

Yep. Any first time belt holder immediately gets some BS 5-10 ranking p4p.

P4p is nothing more than a marketing tool. It's ridiculous to try to hypothetically compare a bunch of people who won't even fight each other. It was comical that Ronda was on it once upon a time. That said, Woodly shouldn't be penalized for losing a fight 2-3 years ago. He should be rewarded for beating the champ now. Same with Alvarez. You're acting like those guys landed some lucky punches. But like it or not, Eddie just beat 2 former UFC champs and a Strikeforce champ to get the belt. When you put it that way, looks pretty impressive, doesn't it.

If you are going to complain about the rankings, Conor at 4(way too high). Johanna at 6 (too low) stand out more than Alvarez and Woodley as problems.

You say 2-3 years ago, I say 3 or 4 fights ago.

Who are two dudes that will be beaten in their first title defenses for $100 Alex?

because you dont get adopted by rory macdonald in one fight and then 3 fights later youre top 10 p4p lol
So Lawler who beat Rory should be .. but Lawler got smashed by Woodley ... quite a pickle you are creating.

And Woodley smashing the guy who KOd Rory is more relevant. Would you have had Lawler in the top 10? If so, how not Woodley after beating him?

He hasn't exactly been on a tear since he lost to Rory 4 fights ago, had a coin toss fight with a hospitalised Gastelum.

dat reach lol. ok forget that the red king made duckley call him daddy

duckley should still not be on any top 10 p4p list based on the fact that i can pick 10 fighters who are better than him
