Movies Alien vs Aliens

They are incredibly different but both are with a doubt masterpieces. I unable to make a choice.

I'm sure this thread pops up a couple of times a year, and I'm sure I've posted this before, but even the trailer is intense. Think of the standard bwaaaaa trailers that almost every sci fi or action movie has these days, then give this a butcher's look -

Good call on the trailer. Every couple of months I go back and watch it just got the goosebumps.

Both are masterpieces, and totally different movies. My Dad used to tell a story how he was on the road for business in 1979. Was in upstate NY. Was staying in a Motel That he said was crappy even for 70s standards. Went to a move called Alien to fill his night. Says the theater was screaming and terrified. He goes back to his room, and puts a chair in front of the door. People forget it was marketed as a horror movie. “In space, no one can hear you scream”.

Fair comment, totally different film, which makes it one of the best sequels ........
