The original alien is fucking terrifying. Has always scared the shit outta me. Don’t watch the original alien for 3+ years.. take like a month off from weed then get baked one night and watch that movie and tell me you aren’t fucked because the alien is in your air conditioning ducts and shit. It’s unreal. The acting is great, organic . The whole thing amazes me that is was filmed in the fucking late SEVENTIES. I love that shit. 10/10

Terminator and T2 are similar in that regard.

Aliens is maybe my favorite movie of all time. That does not diminish how good Alien is, just that Aliens lines up more with my movie preferences. I must have seen it more than 15 times in the theater alone.
