Algieri will school Garcia as well

I could see both of those panning out in his favor.

East side boxing is the Don of crapfest forums.

Word....that's like boxing's Version of stormfront. I think Algieri-Peterson would be a better match up then Danny-Algieri.

Im still waiting for someone to tell me how Algieri beats Danny.

With such bold predictions surely you'd have some input to go along with it, right?

Crickets.

Danny Garcia can't handle that type of jab and movement.

Algieri 116-112.

Agree or Disagree?

You cant get a better description than what cuban23 provided

Jab and movement

Algieri will be a tough opponent for anyone at 140. He's ranging, tough as hell, cardio for days, and good speed/combinations.

Is he beatable? Yes but he can also beat you.

Danny would beat Algieri I think....Algieri is a long guy who likes to come up the middle and Garcia seems to be fine fighting those types of guys....But the one thing that makes it interesting is that Danny doesn't like to come forward and with Algieri he will have to....With Khan he just sat back and countered.

I think Provo is the real deal, but only when they put him with guys that play his game...He's not "overrated" because he got outboxed by a slick boxer....Put him in there with Matthyse, Molina, Maidana etc and we would see some great fights from him.

People calling Ruslan overrated are also overreacting. Ruslan still has a great promising career ahead of him. Ruslan vs Bradley rematch, Maidana, rios, Lucas, Broner, all are still great makeable fan money fights.

I agree....And Ruslan could beat any of those guys (through a smarter version of Bradley would probably be the least competitive since he would just outbox Ruslan)....He could lose to them to, but they would all be close competitive fights.

Algieri was just the wrong style for him and imo it was a stupid fight for his management to make.....A slick tall rangy boxer who was relatively unknown, but posed a huge amount of danger due to his boxing skills and reach....Basically the definition of a high risk low reward fight....Not a smart match up from Ruslans management.
