Is there some sort of Cuba vs Puerto Rico rivalry that I'm not aware of?
 
He's slicker than Garcia. He's actually an impressively slick fighter. I'd go with Algieri.

No it isn't....That forum is one of the biggest disgraces to the internet and to mankind.

The boxing section in Sherdog is a good quality forum.
 
Garcia seems way less effective when he is forced to come forward (which he may have to do against Algieri)...Not to mention he didn't look particularly impressive in his last fight...He looked almost as vulnerable as Ruslan did here.

I think Algieri would give him alot of trouble, but I would favor Danny to eventually land a big counter on him and take him out.

Not to mention Garcia is smart and good at taking out guys he has hurt. If he hurts Algieri he will likely finish him....
 
Dont agree. Garcia can adjust.

bradley got brain damage from that fight. he slurred his speech for 2 months and had to get a speech therapist

algieri is a huge hype train that cant break an egg and got a gift decision saturday
 
Algieri didn't get a gift all, he fought his ass off and had the tank to match his output and movement around the ring.

People calling Ruslan overrated are also overreacting. Ruslan still has a great promising career ahead of him. Ruslan vs Bradley rematch, Maidana, rios, Lucas, Broner, all are still great makeable fan money fights.

No question. Algeiri earned a well deserved decision.

Depends on what your opinion of him was before this fight. Ruslan is a fun fighter but lets not pretend he was ever anything more then that. Just because Bradley chose to go life and death with him doesn't make him something he isn't.
