yeah, as much as I love Fedor, his brother got off lightly. he will serve his time in a colony of general regulations (колонияо бщего режим&#1072, sort of like minimum security prison in the US. there are no hardened criminals there. it will be a piece of cake for him and I doubt he will change. for his own good, and for his crime, he should have got a stricter punishment.
