Yep, that's why they're in prison for murder. Well part of the reason why.Isn't criminal trespass a misdemeanor?
Obviously I’m not going to keep responding forever, but when it comes to trespassing actually into a dwelling, the threshold is equivalent to the “no trespassing” sign. Which is why you don’t need to put “posted” signs literally on your house.
It really doesn’t matter in this case anyway because there was reasonable suspicion of burglary.
Once again, “within immediate knowledge” does not apply when there is reasonable suspicion that someone has committed a felony and is fleeing.

The only felony committed was felony murder. All they knew was that Ahmaud ran by their house that day. They also knew from a few days before that Ahmaud has never stolen property from the construction site according to the owner of the property. This information was told to the McMicheals by a police officer.Burglary is the felony in question. One needs reasonable suspicion, not for a burglary to have occurred.
No, this is bullshit. The owner of the property only changed his story in the days after the story blew up because he started receiving death threats. The only felony committed was felony murder. So you are saying that when the case blew up, Mr. English traveled back in time to before the murder and informed the police, who then informed the mcmicheals, that Ahmaud hasn’t taken anything from the property? No, this is bullshit. The owner of the property only changed his story in the days after the story blew up because he started receiving death threats.
The owner of that property had told them in the past he had items stolen from the property, and had noted Arbery was someone he repeatedly saw on his camera. If he doesn't know who stole from his property, then how is he certain it wasn't Arbery? Of course he doesn't know it wasn't Arbery. He may not be able to attribute blame with conviction to Arbery, but to say that he could say with certainty in the opposite is also a revisionist lie.
I'm saying that he offered conflicting accounts, yes. He offered conflicting accounts to the media itself. This was tracked in the earlier versions of the thread. So you are saying that when the case blew up, Mr. English traveled back in time to before the murder and informed the police, who then informed the mcmicheals, that Ahmaud hasn’t taken anything from the property?
He also didn’t have things stolen from the construction site. Some items were taken from his boat and he couldn’t say if they were taken when his boat was there or when it was at his other house.
Talk about revisionist, you made your whole story up.
12 days BEFORE the shooting the owner told Police this:No, this is bullshit. The owner of the property only changed his story in the days after the story blew up because he started receiving death threats.

As we tracked in those thread, this guy provided mutually exclusive accounts on multiple occasions:12 days BEFORE the shooting the owner told Police this:
On Feb. 11, 2020, just 12 days before Arbery was killed, English called Glynn County police Officer Robert Rash after seeing Arbery inside the home nearly 100 miles away, Dunikoski said. English told Rash that he recognized Arbery on the surveillance footage and that he had never taken anything. Greg and Travis McMichael were also at the scene because Travis McMichael had seen Arbery dart inside the English home that evening.

English said he had installed cameras around the home that he was able to monitor using an app on his phone. In late October 2019, English made a call to authorities to report an individual on his property, whom he described as "a colored guy, got real curly looking hair," with tattoos, who was just "pondering around," and asked for a deputy to go to the property.
He called authorities again when he saw a White couple entering his property on November 17, 2019, telling the dispatcher that "We had ... some stuff stolen about a week and a half, two weeks ago there." English called back a day later, telling authorities that he saw at the construction site the "same guy that was over there about a week and a half, two weeks ago."
English was asked whether anything was ever taken from his construction site, to which he responded, "Not that I know of."

Fair enough. That's a detail of the trial that came out later I didn't track. But it also doesn't refute that he changed his story including in accounts he offered to the media itself in the days following the story. I just provided irrefutable evidence of that as well.Police are on bodycam footage telling the McMichaels that English said Arbery hadn't stolen anything from the construction site. That's not bullshit, that's a fact. You can argue whether he could actually know that for certain or not, sure, but he made that statement to the police and it was relayed to the McMichaels before the shooting, not after the case blew up, so saying he changed his story only after the case blew up is false.

Yet the same construction site.Seems like this is two completely different incidents. Microbrew has a statement he made in feb 11 2020. The statements you're talking about happened in November of 2019.
Also Ahmed has anything but curly hair as far as I can tell. Unless his hair style changed.
On the day he was murdered all the mcmicheals saw was him run past their house. Well only the father saw that. Travis was inside with his son where he should have stayed.Yet the same construction site.
Well the account of Arbery not stealing is 12 days prior to the murder so there was no reason for him (Larry English the owner) to lie out of fear. And the 2 McMichaels were present when the owner told the cop on the phone that Arbery didn't steal anything. So there is no reason to suspect Arbery ever took anything. As we tracked in those thread, this guy provided mutually exclusive accounts on multiple occasions:
