BTW the party who is spearheading this is the CDU (christian conservative, i e th elected chancelor s party), who happens to be more conservative than the Green/SPD/FDP(liberals) coallition YET who just formed a coalition with the SPD anyways.

Even if such a document existed, it's likely that it would contain material considered centre ground in the US. The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution was created to block any right wing ideology from German politics, no matter how benign.

People forget that it was only 36 years ago that half of Berlin was full on Stalinist communist with the Stasi torturing the German public
