The Lucha Bros are super into the occult. Particularly Fenix is into Hermeticism. Fenix's Instagram is full of occult symbolism.


They got PAC doing one eyed symbolism now. I don't recall a kayfabe reason for the eye patch so he might have got initiated into something in real life. I could be reaching there, though. I wasnt paying attention to last week's Dynamite. But I found the eye patch and him saying "look into my eye" interesting considering his company. I'll keep my eye on it.

Cody was mad at Malakai Black. Andrade was feuding with Pac and just got shoehorned into a dumbass tag team angle against Cody, and now Cody is trying to put HIM through a flaming table? Lol, poor guy. At least if it was Malakai, you could kind if justify it as the blow off to a long term blood feud or whatever, but instead Malakai is at home playing with his nuts while Cody tries to murder spot Andrade for no real reason.

Also, why was Andrade dressed as a member of Right to Censor for this match? If that part of street fight in Atlanta?

I thought it was stupid in many ways.

Firstly, Brandi lit the fire, fully well knowing that her husband would be at least partially going through it. INSTANT DIVORCE!

Secondly, Cody went through 3/4s of the table and Andrade clipped the edge, which I don't blame Andrade for, because what human in the right mind would go face first into a fire? Especially from that height?

Thirdly? It was just unnecessary from a storyline standpoint.

I think that Andrade always wanted to wear trousers, but he ripped his white ones at the crotch on an episode of Dark and switched to undies for a match.

Also, I'd imagine that Codys back must look pretty gnarly after that...
