In the early days I seen a lot of fans saying it. His match with Jericho wasn't as good as the first, his first couple matches with PAC were disappointing apparently. This was way before him being champion or cruising Sonny Kiss.

People are forgetting Okada had a really good continental classic, was in a blood and guts match, and had a phenomenal match against Ospreay.

It's pretty hilarious how worked matches have made me dislike Okada so much and have me rooting against him in everything he does still.

I've spent the last 13 years rooting against him. He's been the enemy of all of the people I cheer for, Tanahashi, Omega, Naito, Ibushi, AJ Styles, Ospreay, etc. for so long.

I rooted against him for so long, the rare times I feel like I start to like him, I always flip back quick and am still like "fuck that guy".
