Yeah, I lived like 5 minutes from there for a couple years while finishing school. Still remember when the casino opened and they did not even have a liquor license.

Took them forever to finally open the real full casino, it was in that weird half open temporary state for like 5 years lol.

The fully built casino is really nice now. That whole area is basically becoming a big tourist destination. They got the casino, the Cardinals Stadium, the arena, a big ass Top Golf, and a massive resort with roller coasters and water slides is getting built right now.
