You're right BG... I'm just from the old days when the World Champ and his storyline is why you watched the show.

Happens a lot in AEW. Guys get the World title and then AEW doesn't know what the hell to do with them. MJF held it for a year and most of his reign his feuds were second fiddle to other shit. Swerve never felt like the biggest star on the show when he was world champ. Hangman's reign fell super flat, especially when he was wrestling Adam Cole on PPV for the belt. Even Kenny Omega during his long ass reign had a lot of dead points where other feuds were the biggest feud on the show.
