Thats brutal. Bicep tears really suck ass. Thats the thing when you are jacked, it can make you really tight and compromised from all the lifting to get jacked. Guys also like to overtrain biceps. Certain gear can also dry you out and cramp you.

Thought Dynamite was good possibly for the most part this week. Took a bit to get going, but it ended strong.
Kenny vs Romero was mercifully short. Segment afterwards was unnecessary. Nobody said anything new.
Mox vs that Ace guy was there. Not impressed by the latter. Another small guy who does moves. Yawn. Big Take rematch? Yes please!
TNT title match was fine. Kinda. Is Hologram even still a thing? Does he still need a clone? Clone is fat too.
NXT geek. Fuck outta here. Praying in vain that he is not actually signed. He looks fuckin' ancient too. Google says he's 40. Gotta be some Virgil number fudging here.
Brody/MJF segment was good. Should be quite the match next week!
I was almost certain we were getting 'and new' with the women's title. Seemed like everything about the way the match went was leading to that. The absolute gulf in charisma/aura/whatever you wanna call it between the two had me baffled by the result. A huge missed opportunity here. I can't fathom why they didn't strap up Thekla. Match would have been brilliant otherwise.
Ricochet interviewing Jack Boy was hilarious.
Tag title match was good. Very odd heel/heel dynamic underscored by it being a tag match. Good though. A lotta heavy hitting shit!
Loved the Toni/OC/Marina/Yuta segment. Citrus Boy!
Main event was very good! A quite surprising result. Huzzah!
