Absolutely. I literally can't watch WWE, at least unless they've stopped using that whipcrack camera zoom whenever someone takes a hit, so AEW's all I have.

I see two or three misses for every hit AEW produces, sadly. Either TK is getting good advice and ignoring it, or he's listening to bad advice. There have just been to many balls dropped to see otherwise.

Yeah when I heard TNA was being resurrected I took that as a sign things aren’t going all that great for Impact/TNA.

figure TNA would be competing with MLW & GCW as it is… just like Impact. If that sorta thing is relevant or makes sense.

WWE & AEW are competing for whatever.

Yeah when I watch the shows, I really don't see these issues. Different tastes I guess. I'll enjoy probably %85 of the show with a few, not even necessarily bad but weird things mixed in.

AEW have the tools necessary to turn things around. One of those things can't be the reliance on "good wrestling matches". It's not 2019 anymore. They should stop counter-booking WWE as if it still is. WWE changed things up and have caught fire again. They have to deal with that reality, otherwise continue to wrestle in 75% empty arenas.

If AEW could build more storylines they’re golden. Just having a few stories going and then slapping together matches with no build kinda stinks.

But then events like Forbidden Door happen.. almost no build and top notch.

Top tier talent will almost always have top tier matches against one another, but damnit where mah stories!? Why!?

The arena thing had me wondering. They're paying for large arenas and half-filling them. Why not book smaller arenas and pack them? Filling an 8K arena looks much better than getting 8K fans in a 20K one, with less overhead. It looks better on TV, gives a better energy to the fans, and when they do book a large venue it'll be more special and do better business.
