News Adesanya vs Jan Official for March 6

soon
That will be a big moment for Izzy but iam not sure if he wants to defend the LHW belt if he wins it

Izzy by KO in the 1st. Jan isn't well rounded enough to win this fight. He has a punchers chance but that is really it
I dont think he will finish Jan that fast maybe by the 3rd or in the championship rounds

People STILL are underestimating Jan. I'm not saying he's gonna win, but he's got a really good shot. If he focuses on the body early and go headhunting late, he can definitely stop Israel.

Are people forgetting how Israel has been stopped cold in KB, rocked hard by Kelvin, the Romero fight had 3 arguable rounds and Anderson had some success against him?

This is a legit LHW with legit stopping power here. Jan will have to fight smart, but I'd only slightly favor Israel.

BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF THE ROPE!

Eh... How's this a super fight? Neither has cleaned out their division. I mean it's fun but it looks more like Dana's desperate for a new cash cow. I find myself rooting for Jan but wanted to see Tittysanya vs Jones.

Anyway, brain says Tittysanya picks Jan apart but heart says Jan can find a way to catch him. Brains usually correct for me.

Fortunately for Jan, Unlike the shorter T-Rex arm guys that Adesanya has been fighting, Jan has the physical qualities and the skills to fight on the outside as well. Adesanya usually enjoys half a foot or more of reach advantage on guys. Hell, on Gastelum, whittaker and Costa he had like 10 inches on them. He has only 2 inches on Jan, so he won't be as safe as he thinks on the outside in this one.

Nah but he's a lot quicker, his kicking game is so much better and he's a counter striker. Just because Yan can exchange in the outside, doesn't mean I think its his best plan. Forward pressure, clinching and mixing it up against the cage, make Izzy carry his weighr, cutting Izzy off well to get to the cage, have good cardio and hope your chin holds up. Maybe his length will offer challenges to Izzy, im just not so sure.

Watching old, slow Jan trying to walk down someone as fluid as Adesanya is gonna be pretty depressing. Adesanya by KO, 2nd round.

All hespect to Izzy for stepping up.
Not sure who will take it. Is Izzy a 205er or will he be severely underpowered against Big Jan?
Nope Izzy is a 185er he is only tall he may be 202 or 203 on the scales before his fight against Jan

I'm picking a Jan TKO. His career upswing of becoming a murderous power puncher at 36 is truly remarkable.

He's currently 37, and will be 38 by the time they fight. He'll be the older, and less technically skilled fighter of the two. Yet you're picking him to TKO the best striker in the UFC?

Alex Pereira would KO Jan in 30 seconds. I don't understand why people keep bringing up this KO like it somehow means ANYONE in the UFC can KO Israel.

I hope he get's brutally KO'd just so this worthless multiple division champ crap stops.

The way to become a two division champ should be: give up the belt, move up, fight a Top 10, fight for #1 contender, then get title shot.
I agree with u there is no use of becoming a Double Champ as long as u hold up ur own division
