The shooting happened in what we call Dirty 6th.
If you're ever in Austin stay west of Congress Ave. if you go downtown to party.
The east side of Congress Ave. is where a lot of the trashy people hang out.

Great. I have a friend who lives in Austin, owns a shop.

I work in Austin. This happened on 6th street...the main spot for nightlife. It's always packed.

We also had a cop shot and killed (round rock) a few days ago and they haven't caught the killers yet
