What the hell is he even doing?

It looks like he's pretending that bottle is a walkie-talkie and he's a playing at being a Park Ranger tracking some baddies.

He's probably watching his sister or dad come up the drive and is saying to the bottle "One Adam Five. This is Agent Ranger Super Sage in the Brown Beast. Have spotted the baddies. Moving to intercept. Over!"
