Easing into the groove again - gonna start with AMRAPs at around 75% of my max and work upwards towards a new max in 5% increments each week. Gonna go for a slow weekly deficit with a strict low-carb diet to shed some unwanted poundage which will be mostly waterwight, no doubt.
