Schnell has made it pretty far with a weak chin. And Pico is better than him. I still have faith.

I agree. In paper, he has all the tools to be a contender, but in the fight he often seems too wild / defensively irresponsible.

I've never trained there but I'm familiar with their results. For all the shit people give them they trained a lot of fighters who were at the top for a long time.

They also seem to be having a bit of a resurgence there with young and talented fighters coming through their scholarship program. If he starts to plateau then maybe think about leaving, but while he's still rapidly improving as he is it doesn't make sense.
